We're a Canadian-built AI job-search platform. We see the data most career coaches don't — actual ATS scores, actual keyword frequencies in 200+ Canadian Data Analyst JDs, actual time-on-task on thousands of resume tailors. This is what we know and what we built.
Why we built this
The job-search advice on the internet in 2026 is mostly wrong, generic, or outdated. Career coaches optimize for 2018 SEO. AI resume tools were trained on US corporate templates that get filtered in Canadian ATS environments. The cost of all this: real Canadians sending hundreds of generic applications and getting two callbacks.
We built OfferJetAI because we sit on the data side. We see which keywords pass which ATS thresholds, which resume formats break which parsers, which cover-letter openers get past the 6-second recruiter scan. So we built the tools we wished existed when we were on the other side of the table.
What we know
We've reviewed 600+ resumes through the platform across software engineering, data, marketing, finance, ops, sales, and consulting roles. We track which tailoring strategies move ATS scores, which company-specific cover-letter openers get callbacks, and which LinkedIn outreach templates get a recruiter to reply.
Where a claim in our writing is verifiable from this data, we use it. Where it isn't, we mark it as opinion. We don't publish made-up stats — the previous "AI ATS pass rate is 85% higher!" wave of resume-tool marketing destroyed reader trust, and we're not adding to it.

Editorial standards
The blog at offerjetai.com/blog follows three rules:
- No fabricated stats. Every percentage we cite is either from our own user data, a linked external source, or framed as opinion.
- Honest about competitors. We name Jobscan, Teal, Rezi, Kickresume, and Enhancv where they're better than us. We don't pretend to be the best at everything.
- Tactical over inspirational. "Land your dream job" is the hook. The body is "here's the exact LinkedIn DNS pattern, here's the exact 3-line cover-letter opener, here's the keyword the ATS expects."
