1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OfferJetAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

OfferJetAI is an AI-powered job application platform that provides resume building, cover letter generation, job tracking, interview preparation, LinkedIn optimization, salary negotiation coaching, and related career tools. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on information you provide.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
  • You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent application materials.
  • Misrepresent qualifications, experience, or credentials in AI-generated content.
  • Use the Service to spam employers or submit mass automated applications.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Share or resell AI-generated content as a commercial service to third parties.

5. Subscription & Billing

OfferJetAI offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free: limited access to core features at no cost, available indefinitely.
  • Pro ($19 CAD/month): unlimited resume and cover letter generation, full ATS analysis, all templates, and enhanced features.
  • Premium ($39 CAD/month): all Pro features plus unlimited interview prep, salary negotiation coaching, hiring manager finder, and priority support.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated by OfferJetAI is provided as a starting point and suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before use.
  • AI-generated resumes, cover letters, and other materials should accurately represent your actual qualifications and experience.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job interviews or offers.
  • ATS scores and keyword analysis are estimates and may not reflect the exact behavior of all applicant tracking systems.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all personal data and content you provide to OfferJetAI (your profile, experience, skills, etc.). AI-generated content (resumes, cover letters, etc.) created using the Service is yours to use freely. The OfferJetAI platform, brand, design, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of OfferJetAI.

8. Limitation of Liability

OfferJetAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • We are not responsible for employment outcomes, hiring decisions, or any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in a manner that harms other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
